The official hall of fame of professional rodeo — saddles of legendary cowboys, animal-athlete inductees, and an outdoor arena with a live longhorn exhibit.
Just off I-25 on the north side, easy to combine with a visit to the Air Force Academy. The exhibits cover the eight rodeo events with video and gear from inductees, plus animal hall-of-famers (yes, bucking horses get inducted).
Outdoor exhibits include a bronze of “Rodeo’s Greatest Hits” and a paddock with longhorns. About an hour visit, longer if you have a rodeo fan in the family.
