The original Western chuckwagon dinner show — biscuits and beef on tin plates, followed by the Flying W Wranglers performing classic cowboy harmonies under the stars.
Founded in 1953, burned in the 2012 Waldo Canyon Fire, and fully rebuilt and reopened — the new ranch sits on the same land and the show is the same as it was. The Flying W Wranglers are a real Grammy-nominated cowboy band; they’re not pretending.
Reservations are essential, especially summer weekends. Show up early to wander the mock western town before dinner. Casual dress. Bring a jacket — the dining is open-air.
