The downtown plaza-park of Colorado Springs — summer concerts on the bandshell, an outdoor ice rink in winter, and food trucks parked along Platte all year.
Small but central — bordered by Platte, Nevada, Bijou, and Tejon. The Acacia Park Ice Rink runs from late November through February and is a classic Colorado Springs winter date.
Summer brings the Acacia Park Summer Concert Series on Wednesday and Thursday evenings (free, bring a chair). Walk a block in any direction for downtown restaurants and breweries.
